As part of an exhibition at Kulturhuset in Stockholm, our Hydroponic allotment gardens saw the day of light for the first time back in 2005. This was, and is, Green Fortune's idea on how allotment gardens should be implemented in a dense urban environment. We suggest the use of temporarily un-used spaces, and to work with hydroponics instead of soil cultivation to reduce need for material and transports. Systems shall be designed so that you can work with them in your normal clothes. The allotment gardens at Kulturhuset outlived the exhibition and could be seen also in the summer of 2006.
